Chappell Roan makes the round in the Paris Fashion Week. On Friday, the pop star was sitting in the front row in Matières Fécales’ autumn 2025 Runway Show and wore a theatrical look from the brand, whose name goes to faeces.
“Of course I was dressed for faeces, of course dressed in a faecal matter,” she told WWD.

Roan was designed by Genesis Webb and wore a black structured dress with wide sleeves. The striking detail of her outfit was an unmistakable black -feathered head piece with high, pointed elements that stretched up from both sides of her head.
The makeup artist Andrew Dahling gave her a colorful, fairy-like beauty look that differs from her Gothic look. “We somehow wanted to make a pastel nymph to contrast the darkness,” said Roan. Her hair was designed in long strands by hairdresser Dom Forletta.
Roan made his debut at Paris Fashion Week on Thursday and was sitting in the front row of Rabannes autumn 2025 fashion show. She was wearing a metallic satin set and her characteristic drag queen-inspired make-up for this occasion. Later she transformed into a metallic Rick Owens -Prong -Prong dress for the presentation of the designer autumn 2025 and ended her look with jensious make -up.
Matières Fécales, created by Hannah Rose Dalton and Steven Raj Bhaskaran, debuted with Rick Owens, Michèle Lamy, Daphne Guinness and Christian Louboutin on Paris Fashion Week.
“I am so excited that this is your debut show and everyone is so excited for her,” said Roan.
The WWD editor International, Miles Socha, described the collection as a “alien-like elegance”.
“Her slow show, which was performed for live piano music, contained a hairy shear coat that was reminiscent of an albino sacatch. Several black men’s looks with a sense-reaper atmosphere and dramatic finale that sprouts huge angel wings out of tail feathers, which were modeled by Dalton, ”wrote Soscha.
